I had to ask ChatGpt! 😁 it said that if there was even a small portion that was left behind that it can regenerate itself!! It said The eardrum is one of the few structures in the body that has a significant ability to repair itself. So crazy! I wonder if they thought they removed all of it but maybe left a tiny portion??
