Idk if it’ll make you feel better, my dog has been gone over a year now, and I still find her hair in random places, especially in my car. No matter how many times I clean or vacuum it 😭

When my dog passed I panic cleaned everything. I couldn’t stand to be in a space that smelled like him. That looked like he was just down the hall or something and was gonna come running out any minute. I couldn’t bear it. Then my boss handed me the blanket I’d laid him on during his euthanasia along with his ashes when I came back to work and it still smelled like him. I cried so much and clung to that thing for months. It’s been four years and even tho I haven’t washed it - it doesn’t smell like him anymore. I finally had the courage to wash and donate it. I hope you find something that you can keep of your sweet baby and I hope you know that the pain lessens as you build new, happy experiences. They wouldn’t want you to be sad forever ❤️🩹 I’m sorry for your loss
