Last month my dad just called me while I was at work and told me I should go and do my clearance that day. My school is literally in another town and I had already decided that I would go the next week. I told him that I can't go and that I was at work, he said then you'll go tomorrow and cut the call before I could speak. I decided then that I wasn't going next week anymore, I was going to do that clearance the next month just to spite him. The next morning he came to my room by 6 am to tell me that why am I not ready to leave, I didn't say anything oh. I just took my bath and left for work. We had an argument that day. Then the next, then the next and then on the fourth day he finally asked, why don't I want to do my own clearance. I told him I'll go and do it when I want to and he can't just impose his time on me without asking me first, then we had another argument. I sha did my clearance two months later

I did a developmental psychology course when I was in 300level and I understood this Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory but after watching this video, I can now confidently say I totally understand this theory now and the important role it plays in daily communication in different types of relationships. The wife was even still respectful while communicating her thoughts about where they should spend Christmas. And her concerns were valid because fr she probably would have been the one doing all the running around at his mother’s place which may have been something she wasn’t ready to deal with. But the man just wanted to be right hence the escalation. Thank you for sharing
