Yo wait your EpiPens snap together?? Are they sold in 2 packs?? I’m in Canada (Ontario) and we only get one in a box, I’ve never seen them snap together!

this routine is so like my mom's 😭 I've been taking care of her diet with MCAS forever. try cabbage syrup and white sweet potatoes if you can! I have lots of resources with MCAS
