Not excusing the customer service, but I’ve been in that situation before too. They’ve always required customers to join the queue through the app/tablet. The same thing happened to us - and it was raining as well. On the bright side, we learned that a lot of other popular places in Korea use the same system, so we knew exactly what to do the next time

The waiting through a system with an app is normal. You book your place in the queue and people tend to go off and come back when it’s time

I think it’s that standard bread location that’s the issue 😭 I went to the one in Apgujeong and we just walked right in and picked what we wanted and paid. We spent a hour sitting around too 🤍
