@channelnewsasia: The Japanese city of Utsunomiya suspended all 94 of its primary and middle schools on Monday (Jun 8 ) after its first-ever bear sighting. The city, about 100km north of Tokyo, said the bear was first spotted in a residential area near a park on Saturday evening. In the early hours of Sunday, surveillance footage from one of the city's major shopping streets captured the animal running past two startled bystanders.
