@delloliod: 4:30 AM wake-up call? Check. ☕️ Apparently if you wanted any chance of meeting Matthew Lillard, you needed to be outside Texas Frightmare hours before the doors even opened. The event started at 11 AM, but convention veterans and staff were warning everyone to get there between 6 and 7 AM just to secure a spot in his virtual queue. I’d do it all again. One of my favorite parts of conventions is the people you meet while waiting. Hours in line somehow turn strangers into friends, and by the end of the morning we were all swapping stories, sharing snacks, and bonding over our mutual love of horror. If any of my line friends happen to see this—I’m sorry if I seemed half asleep. 😂 I promise I was running purely on caffeine and determination. But after the early alarms, the waiting, and the exhaustion, I finally got to meet Matthew Lillard again… and somehow he was just as kind, funny, and genuine as the first time. The man treats every fan like they’re the most important person in the room, and that’s something you don’t forget. Would I wake up at 4:30 AM again to meet Matthew Lillard?
