I wasn’t ready for this but thank you… thank you for letting me hear what i deserved to hear. But if im being honest, his apologies never meant anything bc there was never a change after the sorry. I stopped believing in apologies way before him and he knew that and became part of the reason. If he ever calls or texts me with an apology I still wouldn’t answer but sit there and stare at more empty words and know that the sorry he is giving me is just something he thinks I need to hear but never mean. But what’s worse is I still love him even through all the empty sorrys and I still want him to say it so I can move on. This is the biggest heartbreak I’ve gone through and idk how else to deal with it but run away from everything that reminds me of him. It’s been hard but I’ve been silent.
