@conservative.pulse: UK police arrest over 12,000 people a year for online comments. Speaking in Parliament during a Westminster Hall debate, Conservative MP Dr Kieran Mullan highlighted figures compiled by The Times using Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. Mullan said the data suggests police made more than 12,000 arrests in 2023 under communications offences legislation, equivalent to more than 30 arrests a day. He also criticised government plans to release thousands of violent sexual offenders earlier, arguing that prison space appears unavailable for those criminals but available for those arrested over online communications offences. Mullan further argued that police resources should instead be focused on crimes such as knife crime, shoplifting and burglary, which often go unsolved. Prisons in the UK are between a half and a third full at present due to 'lose em Lammy' and the Liebour party. They are pushing the British to riot so they can declare martial law. Once declared there's no elections, new draconian laws, mandatory digital ID etc. and that completes their control over us all.
