@kimberlyydang: The Pen technique! Pronunciation is one of the most OVERLOOKED parts of articulation. It’s personally why I sounded like I was rushing my sentences many times. A lot of people think they sound unclear because they lack confidence, when sometimes they’re simply rushing their words and not fully enunciating them. This can make speech sound mumbled, even when the ideas themselves are good!! That’s why the pen technique is so popular. Reading aloud with a pen between your teeth forces your mouth to exaggerate pronunciation and become more aware of how words are formed. After removing it, speaking often feels clearer and more deliberate. Creators like Jun Yuh and Vinh Giang have shared this exercise too.
