miku worked hard and futaro didn't see that but we did basically look at it as an omniscient way where we can see her efforts but futaro couldn't but in the end yotsuba won fair and square by putting her sisters first over her and Yotsuba won because Fuutarou felt the most comfortable and genuine with her. Even if the other sisters had bigger romantic moments, Yotsuba was always there for him from the beginning.
