I need to know, because some of these comments are confusing me. While I can understand how Kokushibo could be both envy and greed, how exactly could Gyutaro be greed if not envy? He has nothing to be greedy about as he was born and lived with nothing but his little sister, but envies everyone who lived just slightly better lives than them and looked down upon them. Kokushibo had everything he wanted, yet still wanted more by seeing Yoriichi doing well, so he kept wanting until he eventually had nothing left; not his brother, not his family, not even his humanity. So could someone explain how they see Gyutaro as greed without just giving it to him simply because it’s the only sin remaining after giving envy to Kokushibo?
