Step 2: Enter the roll diameter on the HMI parameter page. Step 3: Open the UNwind setting. Step 4: Under automatic tension mode, click Reset. Step 5: Start with a tension value around 30–40 if you are not sure. Then run the machine and check the material condition. If the web is too loose, increase the tension gradually. If the web is too tight, reduce it carefully. Good tension control helps prevent wrinkles, loose winding, unstable feeding, and poor roll quality. For thermal paper rolls, POS paper rolls, receipt paper rolls, and cash register paper rolls, stable tension is directly related to finished roll quality.#howto #paperconverting #slitterrewinder #slittingmachine
