Whisk until fully combined. 2) Cut the chicken breast into irregular, bite-sized chunks, about 1 inch in size. 3) Add the chicken to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. 4) When ready to cook, heat a grill pan over medium heat until fully preheated. Lightly oil the pan, then add the chicken pieces in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the pan, cook in batches if needed. 5) Cook for 3–5 minutes per side, until the chicken develops some browning and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
