AD / When you have teenagers, you're never quite sure how many people are going to be eating dinner, so nights when everyone is together, are really special I made Herby Chicken Thighs & Creamy Cabbage & Leek Gnocchi in my @Ninja UK  Crispi Pro. It's the ultimate kitchen helper when you're cooking for a few. It airfrys, bakes, proves, roasts...it even re-crisps your leftovers! It's insanely compact and it doesn't hurt that it's ab-sol-utely GORGEOUS! There ended up being a few more people than I thought, but with the Crispi Pro it was no bother... ...and the leftovers? The non-toxic glassware comes with a handy lid, so that's tomorrow's lunch sorted! Feeds 6 1 tsp Mixed Italian Herbs 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 1.5 tbsp olive oil 1kg chicken thighs  2 leeks finely sliced 4 Savoy cabbage leaves tough stem removed and finely sliced 500g bag of gnocchi Tenderstem broccoli 300ml double cream 400ml chicken stock 60g finely grated parmesan cheese Salt and ground black pepper Mix the Italian Herbs and Paprika in a small bowl with the olive oil. Place the chicken thighs in the large Crispi Pro dish, drizzle over the herby oil and use your hands to ensure it's coated. Drizzle a little oil over the chopped leek, cabbage and gnocchi, moving them around until covered. Place them on top of the chicken and on the Airfry setting, cook for 10 minutes at 180C. Remove the chicken from the dish and place it in the smaller Crispi dish with the tenderstem broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken and broccoli on the Extra Crispy setting (240C) for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through In the meantime, stir the cream and stock into the leeks, cabbage and gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper. When the chicken is cooked, set aside to rest, whilst the creamy gnocchi cooks. Cook the creamy gnocchi on the airfryer setting at 200C for 10 minutes.
