If you have 5 clients 15 minutes late a day that also makes you get out an hour and fifteen minutes late. What if the stylist has an appointment herself or has to pick up her kids. It’s just rude to be late to any appointment.

This seems like such a non-issue from her perspective. One time I was late to a hair appointment because I thought it was at 12, but it was at 11. I apologized and then rescheduled. It’s not that big of a deal

they also forget 20 mins late isn’t just 20 mins. she needs to be seated, talked to about what she’s having done, if it’s achievable, etc. like the actual hair cut wouldn’t have started for another 10-20 mins after her arrival which is near 40 mins late to starting at that stage
