This video is about invisible illness. One of the hardest parts about living with an invisible illness is that people often only see what is visible. They see the smile, the photo, the short interaction, but they don't see the pain, treatments, exhaustion, or battles happening behind the scenes. Everyone is carrying something. Some battles are physical, some emotional, and some are completely invisible to the outside world. So before we judge, assume, stare, or make conclusions about someone else's life, let's choose kindness instead. You never truly know what someone is going through behind closed doors. And while this video is about invisible illness, I hope its message reaches everyone. Take the trip. Chase the dream. Tell people you love them. Wear the outfit. Take the photo. Do the thing you've been putting off. None of us know how much time we have. To my fellow chronically ill baddies: I'm so proud of you for making it through the days that nobody else sees.
