Hi guys!! as an army I’m currently participating in The People’s Artist competition, and I wanted to share a little bit about the meaning behind my sculpture. This sculpture is based on a lot of fears and emotions I’ve been carrying from the past for a long time. The wings represent the part of me that wants to be free and fully myself, without feeling like I have to change who I am just to fit in or meet other people’s expectations. It also represents my faith and the strength I feel God gives me to keep going, even when life feels heavy or full of obstacles. I know there will always be difficult moments and setbacks, but deep inside I still believe everything will be okay.
