I’m not American, so maybe I’m missing something, but why does it matter so much if the person being stopped is an FBI agent or a judge? Where I’m from, I’d expect a police officer to treat everyone exactly the same. If anything, telling an officer you’re an FBI agent or a judge could make things worse, because it might look like you’re trying to use your position to influence the stop.
