How early should I start taking a stool softener?? I’ve heard some people say way before you’re even in labor, but I don’t want to start taking it too early either 😅

my stitches I think some are starting to dissolve on their own but when I sit down it hurts like they burn so I try to sit down on one butt cheek and I also was walking a lot of day 3 and my back started hurting and now my pubic bone hurts and I can’t really lift my legs up so high is that normal? I feel like it’s taking so long to heal but it’s been 7 days now after giving birth. How long does it usually take to recover?

Day 3 postpartum was the absolute worst - most severe constipation pain I’ve ever had - started stool softener in hospital and MiraLAX as well once I got home - literally felt like childbirth 2.0 even with those meds 😳😭

Can we go with ibuprofen after the delivery with high dose like 400mg, like thats the only thing helps me with any pain most of the time
