It is pure structure which means if you cannot read price action properly, nothing will save you on this chart. The speed will catch you off guard. VIX 75 and VIX 100 move faster than most forex pairs. One bad entry and the trade is deep in loss before your brain catches up with what just happened. The spreads are not always friendly either. On certain instruments the spread quietly eats into your account over time especially when you are trading small. And this skill stays on Deriv. You cannot take synthetic indices experience directly to a standard forex broker or the stock market. So build your fundamentals alongside it not instead of them. VIX is a great tool.
