Here are a few tips for starting semi solids that may make it easy for your life. . ✅ Breast milk or formula is still the majority of the food that they get till about 10 months. So don’t stress yourself if they are not finishing an elephant. . ✅ Focus on iron rich foods because their tummies are small and quality is the focus. Iron rich foods include green leafy vegetables, beef, beans and lentils . ✅ You may need to attempt giving a food about 7 times before they accept it. Keep trying. . ✅ Don’t assume they will hate or like anything. Give them all flavors, the sweet, the sour, the bitter and the plain. You never know the one they will like. . ✅ Insert your own tip here are tell me what worked for you! . My people sha.
