@carashomekitchen: DUMP & GO BEEF MASSAMAN CURRY 🥔🥥 This slow cooker Massaman curry is absolutely delicious 🤤 Just dump everything in & let the slow cooker do the work. This recipe is enough for 2 nights for my family! From experience, it doesn’t freeze well but lasts about 3-4 days in the fridge if using for another day / lunches 😋 If you would like to thicken the sauce, take the lid off the the last 45 mins of cooking OR add some cornflour during the last 30 mins of cooking 😋 I have tried & tested multiple Massaman curry pastes, and this one is most definitely my favourite @maesriaustralia . Honestly so so much flavour! Ingredients * 1kg beef chuck steak, diced * 2 carrots, chopped * 4-5 medium potatoes, chopped * 1 × 400ml can coconut cream * 1 × 400ml can coconut milk (200ml if you want less liquid) * x2 tins Massaman curry paste - it’s spicy! Use one if you want less spice Method 1. Add everything to the slow cooker & stir to combine. 2. Cook on: * LOW: 7–8 hours * HIGH: 4–5 hours 3.
