Dumbreck Road is a complete mess so to fix it this needs to happen. Can’t fix a major road without shutting it so makes sense

I'm in Turkey right now an you should see the roads here not a pothole in sight and no cycle lanes on the roads. Not seen a traffic jam once and there's no ulez pish

All 100% deliberate. As you said.... They're shutting the Royal Infirmary viaduct soon for 3 years... and diverting to the M74... So traffic issue will be huge when that starts. Its a shambles. Permits needed for parking in Alexandra Parade and Duke Street , 20 mph limits in 3000 streets , AI cameras, ulez zones extending, no pothole repairs... Can people not see what they're up to😥😥😥
