when my supervisor told me I couldn't go after I told them I had to leave. I told them I couldn't come back. I can leave when I get ready. I got my things. then said choose wisely about this day. then I left

The thing that some people miss though is she was 19yrs old so us at our age we out of there but at 19 she may have been timid to really speak up you know . That's why we have to advocate for our coworkers !!!! It's crazy out here !! We love all the feed back ❤️❤️

My sugar went up. I experienced dumping syndrome. I got severely sick and all my CNA coworkers except for one we’re upset that I didn’t do the dining room and then I didn’t hurry up and go to every different direction. They wanted me to go to.Even the charge Nurse was annoyed even from hello and didn’t want to spend me home and was told to push through because they will be short staffed meanwhile my self and another aid Handel 22 pts each. The night before! it wasn’t until I called the unit management and told him I wasn’t feeling good and they saw me that they realize I was true about needing to go home even banging on the bathroom while I’m in distress. I went to the hospital that night it was a double shift for me and I don’t get paid because I’m not out of probation.

I’m leaving regardless if I don’t feel good! Sorry not sorry!😩 I did it before when a physician told me that the patient were sicker than my kids and both of my kids had been in the hospital with the flu. See yah! Cuz, what the entire phuck?

Pay attention when they say they don’t feel good! Something is wrong! Happened at my last job, a women said she didn’t feel right and the lead made her work the rest of the day. That night at her home she passed away. You don’t know the persons body so don’t refuse that person help.
