USSOP still got observation haki he just cannot tap into it regularly. example him knowing the fix was coming before everyone else on egghead and finding the exit on elbaph it's use in a cowardly way so it's hard to notice. give up on him having ardament but not conquerors yet.

I agree I think that the whole crew should have haki now however I don’t think it would greatly change their skill level. I think that the heavy hitter is on the straw hat crew are going to get so strong that the rest of the crew does not need to fight super strong people.
