Flagler County Sheriff's Deputies say Brian Swartz refused to stop his motorcycle when they tried to pull him over for driving without lights or a license plate. But this didn't turn into one of those motorcycle chases where the driver streaks away at over 120 mph. Instead, deputies say Swartz' beat-up old "weed eater" on wheels topped out at around 15 mph. The low-speed pursuit ended when deputies cornered Swartz and he basically just fell down.
