bonsoir. la faute au chef du protocole qui fixe l'itinéraire,la vitesse, le temps entre la première flèche et la deuxième..... même en cas d'accident,le cortège poursuit sa destination et les véhicules de la police et des sapeurs pompiers restent sur place pour faire le nécessaire et ensuite tenir au courant le président de la situation.
