Megalovania isn’t sans theme tho, didn’t Toby say that in the anniversary live? And he has used it in another game, so Lancer having a big/impactful fight seems more likely. On his Spotify theres a hint to sans’ actual fight theme “song that might play when you fight sans” and that one also seems to have moments similar to megalovania so it’s either Toby just reusing or pretty sure in that live he mentioned he likes using it for big moments

I like Rouxls but theres is a possibility Rouxls Kaard will be a fake out Megalovania boss (the underrated joke character that turns out to be more powerful than we expect) but then Lancer will end up being the actual Megalovania boss (also a joke character and unlike Rouxls his power is actually underrated and he is theoretically to bouncy to be destructible)

Lowk, from the moment i saw lancer and heard “v.s. Lancer” i could just tell that he was deltarune’s equivalent to papyrus. They had almost the exact same demeanor except one is a little childhish boy while the other is a manchild (kinda but i know pap is actually more mature than he lets on). Even their main themes being a repetitive goofy little tune while their battle theme is the EXACT SAME TUNE but with drums and maybe a tempo switch. I would not he surprised if there is some kinda final evil route fight with susie where she has her own version of megalovania just like sans did
