@theoryofkhaos: Psychology says people don’t buy from businesses. They buy from personalities. 👇 It’s called anthropomorphism 🧠 We’re wired to see human traits in things that aren’t human. We name our cars. We thank the self-checkout. The second something feels like it has a personality, your brain treats it like someone you can have a relationship with. Most brands throw this away. They sound polished, neutral, faceless. So there’s nothing to grab onto. Look at Duolingo. They gave the green owl a personality. People stopped using an app and started defending a bird like a friend. That’s why Duolingo became a cult brand while every other language app stayed invisible. A faceless brand gives people nothing to feel. Give yours opinions, moods, and a personality they can react to. People don’t fall for what you sell. They fall for who your brand feels like 😏 #branding #cultbranding #brandstrategy #brandpsychology #marketingpsychology
