Quick search, and if you don't have a Ring or Alexa but just the Amazon app this is not applicable. It's apparently for Amazon based hardware only.

Amazon Fire TV Sticks do not have Amazon Sidewalk. Sidewalk is a shared network feature designed to connect smart home devices like Echo speakers, Ring security cameras, and Tile trackers. Fire TV devices do not act as Sidewalk bridges.Since Fire Sticks do not utilize or broadcast the Sidewalk network, you do not need to configure this setting on the streaming device itself. However, Sidewalk is linked to your overarching Amazon account. If you own other compatible Echo or Ring devices, the feature can be toggled on or off using the Amazon Account Settings page or the Alexa mobile.
