Representing South Africa is Vivat Bacchus (Farringdon), where I had their incredible biltong and the prime rump burger – smoky, meaty, and packed with flavour. 🇿🇦 Representing Mexico is Sonora Taquería (Stoke Newington), where I devoured their tacos and a gooey, cheesy quesadilla. 🇲🇽 I’ve judged both sides on taste, texture, authenticity, and that all-important "wow" factor.
