Take a video of yourself doing your action, you must stay as still as possible for this to work 2. Take a Screenshot from your video 3. Use Artlist to turn yourself into a frozen figure. I used the prompt “transform my main subject into a realistic frozen figure” and thanks to the new unlimited feature on Artlist I was able to create as many generations as I wanted until I got one that I was happy with 4. Remove your background using Artlist 5. Finally overlay your frozen figure on the top layer of your video It’s that simple!
