@travis.woo.trades: A lot of traders stay stuck for one reason: they live off the account too early. I know a very skilled trader who’s made this work for years. He has freedom. He has time. He knows what he’s doing. But because he keeps drawing from the account to live, the account never really gets the chance to become what it could. That’s the tradeoff people don’t talk about. You can live off trading. But compounding gets weaker the second you start pulling from it instead of adding to it. That’s why I’d rather build income outside the account for as long as possible and keep feeding the account while it’s still growing. To me, that’s the cleaner path. Not because living off trading is impossible. Because it can keep you free now while quietly limiting how wealthy you become later. What do you think?
