THIS. I want fiber & protein & real sugar. Also blooming the chocolate in a hot liquid rlly helps bring the chocolate flavor come out. If I were to try this, I think I’d heat up blended beans and oil on the stove and add a tbsp of water and add the cocoa powder with a dash of instant coffee, let it cool, then continue with the other ingredients

THIS!!! thank you!! i have never heard someone put words to the way i feel about eating desserts vs making them “healthy”. like it’s not about dieting or calories or whatever it’s about how I feel after i eat them (physically, not like mentally/emotionally)

If you put coffee In this instead of water decaf would work too then it’s enriches the chocolate flavor and then it’s 3 beans 😏

Do these keep more than 24 hrs? I tried bean brownies and they were delicious fresh but the next day they were a brick and tasted like beans.

I made some bean-anana bread and it was amazing. It filled me up with one slice. I normally can eat a half a loaf of regular banana bread, so this was amazing. I bet that chocolate cake it delicious!
