@kiutv55: Great Lovers of Freedom, Ordinarily, I would not bother responding to every piece of trash thrown up by the enemies of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on social media. But due to numerous calls and concerns from well-meaning Nigerians, I am compelled to clarify the issue of the Cross-Appeal filed by the Federal Government through its Prosecution Counsel. I have pasted the Cross-Appeal here for you to compare side-by-side with the judgment and our own grounds of appeal. When you do, you will see that the so-called Cross-Appeal is devoid of substance, lacks any credible legal basis, and is manifestly frivolous and vexatious. It was filed in bad faith, solely to intimidate the Respondent, create unwarranted fear, and serve as a conduit to siphon public funds from the government. It was also filed to embarrass Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and create fear around him. Be rest assured, this Cross-Appeal will be dismissed with punitive costs. Great Lovers of Freedom, please remain calm and steadfast. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will come out stronger. The enemies have done their worst, thinking they can use a frivolous judgment to force him to quit or compromise his struggle for self-determination.
