Not sure if you'll see my comment or not but this video gives me hope. My ex broke up with me about 3 months ago. I knew it was coming because of a comment he said about my body when I was undressed. that comment made me very insecure about my body and I'm working through getting over feelings of not wanting to be undressed in front of anyone ever again. Since then I've been on a health journey and have lost 26 lbs. I'm trying to be in my glow up era and the part where you said make moves stopped me because what does one of my workout shirts say? Thank you.
