The vast majority of “banned” books in the west is due to school-related restrictions based on inappropriate content. As a parent, I agree not *all* literature contributes to the flourishing of an under-developed mind. The whole concept of book stores selling these “banned” books is so gimmicky and corporate marketing coded.
