@_cookwithmi: My 10 minute Chilli Oil Garlic Butter Noodles ✨🌶️ the ULTIMATE girl dinner Ingredients (2 servings): • 2 portions knife-cut noodles (around 130g dry) • 1 tbsp oil • 4–6 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 2 spring onions, chopped • 1 tbsp chilli oil (use your favourite) • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce or oyster sauce • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce • 1 big knob of salted butter Method: 1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. 3. Add the garlic and spring onions and cook until fragrant. 4. Stir in the chilli oil, hoisin sauce (or oyster sauce), dark soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. 5. Add the butter and let it melt into the sauce. 6. Toss through the cooked noodles until everything is coated. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
