@yessi.at.home: I’m loving these types of sensory toys for Xander. We’ve been working on his tactile sensory input. We’ve been struggling so much with his bathtime routine. Anything touching his skin like lotion, or brushing his hair, washing his hair, the soap over his body the towel drying him, the water running over his head has been such a huge struggle. His therapist has mentioned tactile sensory input and to try sensory bins or different sensory toys like these to get him used to different textures and expose him to different feelings on his skin, to hopefully build up his nervous system so he doesn’t panic every time he feels a new texture on him 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I’ll try anything at this point lol also I let TikTok pick the song🤣🤣🤔
