sir u have detail overview on it .but on realty when patient has stress related hypertension urgency u have to low it's BP with sublingual captopril.and also checked out patient is on severe constipation or not .

Have a pt in KSA, always having a BP of 220/95 on every visit. Here, the cardiologist put him on Amlodipine 5mg. I changed the meds, on dual combo therapy and it's 150/83 now after 1 week. On his next visit to the same cardiologist, he stopped my meds and now the BP is again over 200
