He’ll get off for murder. May be charged with manslaughter, will definitely be charged with illegal weapon possession by a minor, and I think there’s a trespassing charge being tossed around, but haven’t heard much validity to it.

Hot take I don’t think he’s really a horrible person or a murdered as people are saying. Was it over the top 100% and it could have been avoided but honestly I’ve seen people do worse in schools (cough cough rob elementary and more) and they aren’t getting the things that these people want him to get so. Not saying he was right but to be fair he did assault him first
