Oh my God that happened to me. I was so overwhelmed. I actually told my manager it’s not worth doing good because of the company says that they want us to prioritize our mental health but then they come if you do Goode don’t pay you more just give you more work to stress you out

so deep into the corporate Kool-aid, getting the next big project means something. especially when they give you the opportunity to make the process and outcome all yours and they say that based on your strengths and capabilities. feels more like a growth and visibility opportunity.
