Nutella Strawberry Banana Muffins 🍓🍌🤎 Ingredients 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 334g) 75g unsalted butter, melted 80g Greek yogurt 100g brown sugar 40g granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 170g all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Chocolate chips (as much as you want) 70g chopped strawberries Nutella Extra chocolate chips and strawberries for topping Instructions Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a muffin pan with liners. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped strawberries. Fill each muffin liner about 3/4 full. Top with extra chocolate chips and strawberry pieces if desired. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the tops are golden and set. Let the muffins cool for 5–10 minutes. Using a small knife or piping tip, make a hole in the center of each muffin and fill with Nutella.
