It’s way too thick, add more water until it’s more soupy to start off with. My son always gags at thick purees 😂 once baby is used to the thin texture, start thickening it up.

I think it was too hot. taste buds aren't THAT quick but a tiny overheated spot would definitely have that immediate reflex.

Awww sweet guy! Try super small bites like a quarter size of what you gave him. I’m working on this now too. I also am super enthusiastic when feeding baby. Yummm, mmmmm so goods. He usually will lean forward if he doesn’t then I don’t force it. I did learn I couldn’t have the plate or bowl near him. I only have the spoon and I did cloth Bib after trying the silicone. It’s too much maybe
