I have all the same symptoms as you. All tests are normal. Doctors just say its anxiety/panic attacks. I hate feeling unsafe in my own body

How do you stop it though… it’s been 2 years and while it’s not as bad as it was, i still have a lots of down : I’m just sitting down and my heart is going crazy which is making anxious and therefore it’s beating even faster lol. I have also been to countless specialists and had a lot of tests done which all came back normal. I do have a high resting heart rate (which is normal apparenlty) because I have never done cardio in my life so this is just making everything worse lol

Hey gorgeous!! I’m so happy that you are on the flip side of this journey. I had a very similar experience, used to have palps on the daily. Accepted that I was healthy and started living a normal life. It’s been 2 years, no persistent palps and I have a more regulated nervous system now. Regular sleep plays a huge role in that. I appreciate life more now. Keep trooping through!

Jesus helps!!! I know because that’s exactly what I had, our words are powerful and it’s important to not speak things onto ourselves, open his word, pray to him, worship him and he will bring you peace, try it out if nothing else helps. (Psalms 23)!!

I think HEALING is all about desensitization. We have to accept the symptoms, not fight them. Our nervous system just wants to protect us. Identify triggers in your life and cut them out. Could be chronic stress, traumatic childhood or even the wrong workplace. Your mind AND body have to feel SAFE again. Do somatic excercises, meditate, get sunlight, eat healthy, release pent-up stress, find something you love doing and get in balance with yourself again. Be patient, it takes time and healing is not linear! 🫶🏼

How do I regulate my nervous system? I have dizziness, racing heart, skipped heart beats, gut issues, heat and exercise intolerance, brainfog, derealisation, random pain, fatigue and basically bed-bound…

Been dealing with the same and why does it take so long for answers? It’s been 2 years and still don’t know.
