Most women tense their jaw, forehead, shoulders, and hands without realizing it. The more you practice softening those muscles now, the easier it becomes during labor. 2️⃣ Walk sideways 😭 My pelvic floor therapist had me doing side-step walks almost every day. It looks ridiculous but helped me feel so much stronger and more stable going into labor. 3️⃣ My OB’s “energy smoothie” was my secret weapon 🤍 It had a few unexpected ingredients like ginger and pomegranate, and the most important part… I’d open up 2 NMN capsules and mix them right into the smoothie. Honestly, that was the biggest game changer for me.
