Small claims is $10,000 or less [in North Carolina at least], so it may be a valid filing but would be dismissed upon the first hearing. Superior court would need to handle a $200K filing.

Part of the problem is, you can’t serve the papers yourself, idk exactly what state this is in but you can’t serve the papers yourself, you have to have a certified process server serve the documents. There’s not a lot of context in this so idk.
