I use Living Proof Clarifying Detox Shampoo before using Matrix So Silver shampoo every other wash day. Yes, it’s a double cleanse. Then follow with a quality conditioner. It took me awhile to figure out the best purple shampoo for my hair. Don’t be afraid to test several brands!

I just use a normal organic shampoo and conditioner, not for grey hair specifically but makes my hair incredibly soft and healthy and I also get a keratin straightening treatment every 5 or 6 months to help tame any frizz.

I use Lange purple mask on my hair once a week. I don't use it according to instuctions- I use it on dry hair, brush it through, and leave on for about 7 minutes. My hair just responds better when my hair is dry for the application.
