Talk to the builder about the front entrance. If they want the sale bad enough they will adapt that front entrance for you.

Get a house that isn't built yet so you get to choose the floor plan with all the modifications that you need. Waiting might be your best bet!!

Can you find someone that can make those steps into a ramp? If the house is perfect for you, it might be an option to just get it turned into a ramp.

I love this house has an open concept rooms are really nice master closet is huge. I bet it wouldn’t be so much to add a a ramp for doorway.

Cement is cheap fill in the gap to make it just a ramp it’s like 150$ fix if you add gripping tape for the tires. If you know a handyman even cheaper

If you talk to a builder they may build one the way you want. Thats what we did. My husband was a C5 Quad
